In September 2020, after a 5 year battle with stage 3 cancer, I was told that my cancer had spread and was now stage 4. After a couple of surgeries, I had 2 years of chemo infusions. I'm now (2024) on 3 different oral chemo medications as well as self-injecting. Needless to say, I've had days when I was feeling quite sorry for myself. Then I realized that I knew someone else who was going through cancer treatments and also someone who was dealing with depression. In wondering how to "lift up" these friends, the idea for the Inspirational Infinity Scarf, and its message, was born. By word-of-mouth, the Inspirational Infinity Scarf became not only a thoughtful gift for those who may be going through a hard time, but also simply a wonderful gift that shows someone you care about them...or even a little pick-me-up for yourself ;-)
Each scarf comes tied up with a bow and a tag that says, “When you wear your Inspirational Infinity Scarf, feel the support, compassion and love that you deserve, and know that someone cares.” On the reverse is printed, “You are Strong, Brave, Loved, Amazing, Wonderful, Beautiful, Awesome, Inspiring”. These tags are the perfect size for tucking into the frame of a mirror so you can see it everyday or even keeping in your phone case so you always have it with you. All scarves measure 44” long and approx. 6-7” wide and, because I hand-knit each one, no two are alike. The Inspirational Infinity Scarf sells for $22 plus $5 shipping (unless you're local). If you'd like to make a purchase, or if you have any questions, please use the order form on the website. Once you place your order, I will send you an invoice through PayPal that you can pay with your regular credit card. You do NOT need to have a PayPal account. antartdesigns.weebly.com
