It's finally time! Market in the Meadow is tomorrow, Saturday, July 18 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

I hope you'll stop by and show your support for Vermont Paws & Boots - along with all the vendors of course😁.

I would like to remind shoppers that many vendors do not accept digital payment so please be sure to bring along cash. If you've forgotten, cash is the green stuff that people USED to carry in their wallets before Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, etc.😂 We thank you in advance!

Small, overnight (or everyday!) blue canvas bag with a firm, vinyl bottom. Beautiful, heavy-duty webbing handles and detachable crossbody strap. Inside has one zipper and one slip pocket.

I would like to thank everyone who attended the Bennington Elementary Craft Show last Saturday. It was a terrific day!

This is a set of 6 bags that I made for a dear friend of mine and members of her family. Unfortunately, I cannot find the photo of the original bag that I made for her!☹️

The cat on the front is a sketch made by one of the family members that I turned into an embroidery file and incorporated onto the flap of each bag.

Many of you who follow me have noticed a lack of new bag postings. After consideration, I have decided to take a [small] step back from making bags. I'm finding that I have quite a few other hobbies that I enjoy but always put them off in order to make bags.

For instance, I finally plugged in the used, Silhouette Cameo cutting machine that I bought over 2 years ago! It is so much fun and there's so much you can do with it, but it definitely takes time to learn how to use it. And then there's puzzles. I am obsessed with them and have one going at all times! I also enjoy using my embroidery machine, cooking, kayaking, fishing... I wish there were more hours in a day!

I'm sure there will be a craft show or two at some point this year and when I do make new bags I will definitely post them.
