Im heading to Hot Yoga for the second time tomorrow morning for whomever wants to join me! Its amazing & if you have never dont it, its completely safe & go at your pace. Just remember to Drink water before & bring some with you. Come Join me Tomorrow at 9am!

its raining! its raining! hum...if it keeps it up, im going to be canceling. Not a ton of fun to spin fire in a lot of cold rain....if we were in the tropics, id be down ;)
