Our identity is a masterpiece of accumulated choices and actions that become a permanent part of our spiritual architecture.

In many Indigenous cultures, the war bonnet stands as a profound symbol of this intentionality—a sacred map of an individual’s growth. Just as these sacred items are built over decades—each feather representing a milestone of leadership or sacrifice—we too, are shaped by the weight of our decisions.

“Clarity” reminds us that a life of purpose is built gradually, feather by feather.

She’s finally painted!

Yes, there is a reason this is blurry😶‍🌫️🤫

As I am nearly finished with the project in this picture, I am so thankful that I stuck with it- having ZERO idea how to accomplish the task I can see so clearly in my minds eye!

She’s blurry now, but all will become very clear soon. Each and everyday, I get that much closer to hanging her up on the wall!

Sometimes, when you are working so hard to meet your goals, it’s easy to miss the milestones…

The beautiful and bright mural behind me is one of them🌈

After moving from a retail shop I was in, Art & Sol was rehoused about 1 1/2years ago!

This mural represents me and my style in so many ways.

Painting this mandala wasn’t just for the heck of it. It was my way of leaving my mark. It’s my way of taking back so much of the ownership I lost, in ALL the other aspects of my life!

And truthfully, I don’t think I would be here unless the lovely didn’t pull me over to this corner of the shop and manifest that this would eventually become my studio space🥰💖 Thank you so much Heather, for encouraging me, for seeing the vision and for making it a place where I get natural light!!🌞
