Spencer Zarr has been involved in theater and performing since his later years in high school. He has been a part of productions in the past such as Young Frankenstein where he played the role of Igor, Rock of Ages with Theater in the Park where he played the role of Lonny and also last played Balaga/servant for The Greenhouse Cabaret's version of Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812. In College, he was a recipient of the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival Region 8 where he was able to go to Los Angeles CA to compete and perform for his school. He was a member of Team USA where he competed at the 2015 World Championship of Performing Arts. He received a Gold medal for his open vocal category and a Bronze medal for his comedic monologue category. Spencer is very excited to be back with The Greenhouse Cabaret and very excited to be getting back onto the stage.

SARAH BETH GANEY (She/Her):
Sarah Beth Ganey (Fräulein Kost) was born and raised in Winter Haven, Florida before studying vocal performance at Drake University and privately with Philip King. Sarah’s recent credits include Elizabeth Benning in Young Frankenstein (Theatre Winter Haven), Judy Haynes in White Christmas (Circa ‘21 Dinner Theatre), Roxie Hart in Chicago (Circa ’21 Dinner Playhouse), Julie Nichols in Tootsie (Interlakes Theatre), The Bakers Wife in Into the Woods (Alluvion Theatre), Angel in The Rink (TheatreZone), Dyanne in Million Dollar Quartet (Kincaid Regional Theatre), Kira in Xanadu (Venice Theatre), Maria Rainer in The Sound of Music (Kincaid Regional Theatre and Theatre Winter Haven). Recent awards include 1st place in Tampa Bay Theatre Festival’s 2025 Monologue Competition.

Em Pomeroy (they/them/theirs) - “Lulu/Max”
Em is a lifelong dancer and performer and is ecstatic to join the cast of Cabaret. After performing in and choreographing for dance companies in Washington state for two decades, co-founding a dance company, and choreographing theatrical productions including Children of Eden and Footloose, Em is thrilled to be back for their second show with The Greenhouse Cabaret. Their theatrical appearances include the role of “Emcee” in Once by Edna Walsh, “Rizzo” in Grease by Jim Jacobs and Warren Casey and “Ann” in Why Are You Here? by Alexander Peterson. Em is eternally grateful not only for this opportunity but also the unyielding support of their friends, family, and community.

Juliet Hollifield-Texas
A lyric coloratura soprano originally hailing from a cattle ranch in Montana, Juliet is thrilled to be back at the Greenhouse Cabaret! She has previously appeared at Greenhouse as Sonja in Natasha, Pierre, & the Great Comet of 1812 and as a soloist for Liza’s Lounge. She has also previously appeared as the Usherette in The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Regina Koontz in Rock of Ages, Mabel in Pirates of Penzance, El Gato in El Gato con Botas, Dawn in The Best Little Wh******se in Texas, Papagena in The Magic Flute, Anne Egerman in A Little Night Music, Liesl von Trapp in The Sound of Music, Snoopy in You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown, Margot in Legally Blonde, and Heather McNamara in Heathers! The Musical. She has also been pleased to perform with OperaBend, Eugene Opera, Tacoma Opera, Puget Sound Concert Opera, the Seattle Gilbert & Sullivan Society, Opera on Tap Chicago, and Sinfonietta Bel Canto, as well as singing with The Chicago Carolers and the Dickens Carolers in Seattle during five holiday seasons. Juliet holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Vocal Performance from Central Washington University and a Masters Certificate in Fundraising Management from Boston University. Perry Scott Schwarz (He/Him) Herr Schultz
When Perry was offered Herr Schultz, an unfurling took hold of how deeply theater—and family history—runs in his blood. Rather than a litany of multiple past credits, a very brief summation follows as he encourages your curiosity about the parallels of Cabaret and the world we live in today. His father Peter’s memoir, We Merit No Country, traces a theatrical family back to Perry’s grandfather, a German Jew, Heinz Schwarz (professionally - Sarnow) who was a prominent Berlin actor in Schoenberg, barely a mile from Cabaret’s Nollendorfplatz.
Cabaret is Perry's eighth back-to-back show since his return to theater two years ago after a restless 25 year hiatus. Perry maintains his SAG membership because after all, he says about his recurring role in the 90's on Knots Landing “it lives sort of like a badge of honor. No one can take that away.”
