Day 2 of the Fest means more movies (now across four venues!), our opening night film at Tower Theatre Bend and the opening night party at The Oxford Hotel - Bend, Oregon 🎉

Passholders can flash their pass at select downtown businesses for 10% off and the Box Office will be open at SCALEHOUSE from 10AM-6PM. Come say hi!

There’s still plenty of time to get tickets, and still lots of shows that have seats open (though only one show left at Tin Pan Theater 😅 Get tickets and more info on films, parties, and other events at the link in our bio or by visiting us at the Box Office.

HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to the 2026 Basecamp Pitch Competition winner Shizue Roche Adachi for her project SMALL CLAIMS!! 🙌🎉

There were so many great pitches and projects at the competition, so it was quite a hard decision.

Thank you, Shizue, and all the Basecamp Fellows for trusting us with your projects. We are so excited to see where they, and you, go from here!

That's a wrap on Bend Film Fest, Day 1! ✔️🤩

Whoa, what a first day! Multiple sold-out shows, including our Shorts Open Block: On The Verge with over 250 attendees!

Also, our Fellows bravely pitched their hearts out. Laughs came readily, as did the tears.

Then we closed out the night right with some fun at .

This year’s Festival Box Office is located at Scalehouse Gallery and is a hub of help and information for all things Bend Film Festival. Pick up passes, buy limited-edition Festival merch, and get assistance with wayfinding, reserving tickets, and other Festival inquiries.

After a week of hustling, our box office is set up, our venues are prepped, our people are trained, and we are *ready* for the 23rd annual Bend Film Festival to kick off! Huge thanks to our fest staff, team, interns, and volunteers for all their help getting us ready for another year of celebrating indie film. And a huge shout-out to AC for transforming the blank canvas walls at SCALEHOUSE into a beautiful, branded space that we can’t wait to welcome you all into.

Follow us to the 23rd Annual Bend Film Festival! Happening all over downtown Bend (and beyond!), our five day fest kicks off tomorrow with film screenings starting at 2:15pm, the Pitch Competition, our Shorts Open block, and the first party of the weekend!

WELCOME 2026 BENDFILM: BASECAMP FELLOWS!! BASECAMP 2026 IS OFFICIALLY UNDERWAY! 🤩🎉

We’re thrilled to welcome this year’s uber-talented cohort of Basecamp Fellows to the stunning Caldera facility for a four-day, all-inclusive immersive filmmaking retreat.

Over the next four days, our Fellows will dive into workshops, case studies, one-on-one meetings, panel discussions, and plenty of informal conversations with accomplished professionals from across the filmmaking ecosystem.

But Basecamp is about more than just learning. It’s about building relationships, finding collaborators, sharing ideas, and creating the kind of lasting creative community that helps independent filmmakers build sustainable careers.
