A few of the pieces that are hanging right now in the $20 Dollar Art Show! Tickets for the opening of sales tonight are sold out, but you are able to go Sat/Sun 9-12 with a ticket or membership to the High Desert Museum. It will be free to visit, view or purchase from Noon-5 on Saturday and Sunday this weekend. The show will also be free to visit, view or purchase from all day on Monday.

Each morning there will be additional pieces added and put up as pictures are sold throughout the weekend. On Saturday and Sunday there will be live artist demonstrations within the entryway.

I found 36 of the 66 pieces that I submitted this year in my walkthrough viewing this past Sunday. I hope you are lucky enough to take home a special piece of unique art from the show!

10 of my favorite pieces I submitted for the . The Tickets for Friday Evening 10/18 and Saturday Morning (until 11am) 10/19 are sold out. The Show does open Saturday from 11-5, Sunday 9-5, and Monday 9-5 for free for people who are interested in viewing and purchasing. You can also purchase Museum tickets to go and view the rest of the exhibits available at the High Desert Museum.

All of the items hanging on the walls are available for purchase for $20 cash or $21 with card (to cover card fees). It is a wonderful event weekend which has a full extra day (Monday 10/21) this year.

They have 272 Artists who signed up to participate and around 6,000 individual pieces that will be hung to sell. They will be hanging at least an additional 2,000 NEW pieces before Saturday Morning and will continue to backfill until all of the pieces have been hung-up and are ready to be sold.

It is amazing to go view and support so many local artists. Some of the artists who sign up are professionals, some have a side hustle doing art (like me), some do art as just a hobby, and some are children who are growing their skills.
