Help us celebrate all the ways in which art weaves together individuals and organizations to plant seeds of abundance in and around our community!

In addition to viewing the four Mural art pieces you can also walk over to the Farm to see the cabbage growing to feed those in need.

These four art pieces conclude the public art aspect of our current project "Gathering Harmonious Energies".
The art work was designed and facilitated by local artist Mary Therese, painted by kids from the Boys and Girls Club and completed through a community event held at Harmony Foods Coop. They are located on the main entrance to the Bemidji Community Food Shelf’s client area.

The Bemidji Participatory Arts Collective invites the public to celebrate the installation of four public art pieces.

DATE: Monday, July 25th - 1pm
LOCATION: Bemidji Community Food Shelf (1260 Exchange Ave SE Bemidji) - gathering is at main client entrance, which faces Pioneer St SE

These art pieces form part of a larger grant project that includes a community mural installed along Harmony Coop’s 3rd Street wall.

All the seedlings are now in the ground at the Bemidji Community Food Shelf Farm. Participants planted almost 1000 seeds throughout the project!

The final four art pieces have been donated to the Bemidji Community Food Shelf and are going to be installed this week. These pieces were painted by kids at Boys and Girls Club and participants who attended the Harmony Mural Installation party on June 18th.

We'll get some pictures up so you can see the final product. We are excited! :-)

Exciting news! The last of the seedlings are ready to go into the ground and the four art pieces will be mounted soon at the Food Shelf.

Join us to plant cabbage seedlings tomorrow. June 29th, at the Bemidji Community Food Shelf Farm starting at 11:30am.
