Mentor Monday!!!

Hi! I am Emory!
I am 10 years old and in 5th grade at Ralston Elementary. Some of my favorite hobbies besides dancing are playing softball, art, squishy collecting, reading, swimming, and hanging out with my friends.
I have been dancing since I was 3 so that means I have been dancing for 7 years. My favorite types of dance are jazz and lyrical. The energetic vibe of jazz makes me pumped up and the soft moves of lyrical make be feel happy to be at PDC. This is my first year of mentoring and I am so excited to start! 🙂

We’re so excited to introduce this year’s incredible group of mentors!

These dancers are stepping into leadership roles this season—supporting our younger dancers, assisting in the classroom, building relationships, and continuing to grow as leaders themselves.

We’ll be shining the spotlight on each of them individually this fall so you can get to know the amazing dancers behind our Mentorship Program!

Wow! What an AMAZING 1st Week of classes we have had!! It has made us so happy to see all of those beautiful, smiling faces back in the studio. And the ENERGY these dancers have brought has been ELECTRIC!! ✨

Last but not least is Bella! Oh how we will miss Bella! This dancer will be remembered for her willingness to try new things, her adaptability, and her undeniable artistry. Bella’s unique movement always captivated the audience and we will forever be grateful to have watched her dance for so many years! Bella, thank you for your dedication to the studio and we wish you nothing but the most amazing next chapter!

Up next is Aubrey H! Aubrey’s journey with dance has been so beautiful to watch! She grew so much in her technique and she grew even more as a talented artist! Aubrey’s love for art in all avenues is truly exceptional and we are thrilled to applaud her from afar as she continues her passion in this next chapter! Congrats Aubrey and thank you for so many great years!

Next Senior Spotlight is Lily S! Even though Lily only danced with us for a short time, her sweet smile, and warm personality showed everyone who she was as a dancer right away! We have loved watching her get to have a handful of opportunities at PDC and we are so happy to see how many friendships she made! We are thankful for our time with her and we are excited to continue to support her through this next chapter in life as she does big things! We love you Lily!
