Our Story
Call for Horror Film Submissions
The Bleedingham Film Festival takes place annually on the weekend before Halloween at the Pickford Film Center and PFC’s Limelight Cinema in Bellingham, Washington. This film festival features indie horror films that showcase the bloodcurdling creativity of filmmakers from WA state and across the world. A panel of NON-participating judges will review the films to judge, score and give each filmmaker critical feedback on their film. For more information, please see our website bleedingham.com/
The award for Best Film from WA state is $1000. Bloodies (Trophies) will be awarded for Best Sound Design, Best Special Effects, Best Cinematography, Best Story, Best Editing, Scariest Film and Best Film. Bleedingham Official Award Certificates will be sent to International filmmakers who are unable to attend the festival.
If you are a filmmaker specializing in the frightening, spine-tingling, and otherworldy terrors, we invite you to submit your film.
