As for the menu, let me just say that our kitchen is again full of Jesse's experiments, including Japanese and Indian pickled vegetables, dehydrating beets, and sprouting herbs... Cherry blossoms are nestled in sugar, candying for inclusion in the dessert. Mention has been made of spot prawns, lamb morsels, nettles, and asparagus... For certain, there will be a course of Jesse's divine sourdough bread with delectable spreads! But the final menu is in the hands of the garden gods, as Jesse keeps an eye on the peak produce. It is always a pleasure to watch him draft, sample, hone, and refine a dinner menu... although the suspense is painful at times!
