Happy 10 year anniversary to Segarra Estates. Established in Sept 2007. We wouldn't still be here without the support of our insanely loyal customers, some who have been renting with us for 7 or more years. To celebrate we have created a "Legacy" group tag. If you find yourself thinking, "Man, I go way back with Segarra Estates" (even if you are not currently renting from us). Then IM Lizard Howl for your group tag. Thanks everyone!

If you have not already seen the group announcement the tier system has changed. After a very long run with STX they have let us down. We are currently working on having a new system built, so that this doesn't happen again. In the mean time we have set up a very simple payment system at the usual locations. I have all the data preserved from the old system but I don't have a way to let people look up their information. If you would like to know what your tier amount is or date is, feel free to IM Lizard Howl in SL. All IMs go to our biz email and will be responded to as soon as possible. If you have any questions or concerns we are here for you. We appreciate your patience and how wonderful everyone has been keeping up their payments.

Second Life is still going strong with 900,000 monthly active users, not much lower than its peak userbase of 1.1 million several years ago.
