Sarah Day Photography History:
When I was a kid, my Grandpa Charlie always had his Polaroid cameras out during special occasions. Then came the digital camera age. I love that.

The magic of taking a picture and having it there instantly was inspirational to me. I loved having to wait a few minutes, and then be surprised by what you got. My Grandpa got me my first digital camera when I was about 13. Nothing fancy, but it allowed me to start getting creative. From then on I was addicted. A few cameras later, and I am still doing it. Every day I have SOMETHING that catches

my eye and I think, "That would be a really cool picture". I need to be better about carrying a camera with me more often. My memory is terrible, which I think is why I love photos so much. A photo guarantees that as soon as I see a picture, the emotions from that day come rushing back. I can remember the whole day if I just see a picture. I want to capture beautiful, exciting, and even painful moments. Haven't you ever wanted to freeze time? What I do now:
I photograph anything. Musicians, model portfolios, weddings, parties, engagements, food, products, businesses, and the occasional animal :)
