HELLLLLLOOOOO BEAUTIFUL HUMANS!

I am so excited to announce that , a Belligham Cafe, NOW has 10 of our TAROT DECKS Available for purchase 🙏😭✨️🤑

It is so surreal to see 3+ years of hard work and collaboration finally come to an end AND to be able to see our work in a local establishment is the cherry on top of this creative cake.

I am humbled, I am blessed and I am truly thankful for everyone involved. I had to learn and grow as this project went from an idea to reality ( now that's magic ✨️)

This journey has not been easy but with the help and support of my community members and kickstarter backers, we were able to achieve something greater than all of us.

To my artists, I have so much gratitude for your contributions and I'll forever be in awe of your creative talents.

To my kickstarter backers- without your support and paitience, this deck would not have made it out of the design phase. You all are the true activation energy of this project.

Our decks have been shipped off to our backers, our artists have been given a copy of the deck and this chapter is coming to a bittersweet end.

What's next for us??

After summer we will be having a limited sale of the remaining 25 decks! Proceeds from those sales will go towards the Bellingham Alternative library. So make sure to stay tuned in!

After that, we will just have to see where this project takes us!

DID Y'ALL GET YOUR TICKETS YET?

There are still a couple spots left for our FULL MOON TAROT Workshop 🙌

Join us this Saturday, April 16th for a chance to make your very own TAROT INSPIRED ART PIECE!

I will be going over Tarot basics, our deck, our mission and the creative approach.

For me, Tarot has not only helped me learn more about myself, but it has connected me with so many beautiful individuals and I am SO STOKED to get to share the final deck in person!!!!

We will have multiple art mediums available for YOU to create something that speaks to your soul.

I'm am so excited to get creative and share my love of Tarot with you all!!!!

When I first started this project in 2018, I had no idea of the impact that it would have today.

One of my favorite things about this project is hearing all the stories and reasons as to why our project, draws people in.

Recently, I had a friend share with me why they liked Tarot. They mentioned that during their first tarot reading, it was one of the only times they truly felt seen.

That hit me hard. I of course have felt this way before, but it never occurred to me that other people ( who I assumed weren't into Tarot) could have just as strong and long lasting experiences as I have.

This project has taught me that Tarot is for any and every one who values the process. There is no one right way to connect with Tarot as the cards speak to us individually and with purpose.

There are many reasons I created this deck- art and creativity being at the forefront.

But one thing I didn't expect to gain from this project was a broader understanding of what it means to be truly connected as beings.

The Tarot Card Project has given people a platform to showcase their talent, inspire, and connect- not just with one another but themselves.

What we have created goes beyond Tarot and art. We created a collaborative energetic experience that has the power to create connections and elicit truth from within.

Fast forward 3 years later and we are 94% of the way from finally funding this project and can start putting our hard work out into the world!!!!

This project may gave taken years to complete, but every moment and person involved all came together in the end to create pure magic. ❤

Hi!!

Some of you may be wondering why our logo is two circles! 🔵 🔴

When I was deciding on final design for this project, I wanted to keep things simple, so that the art inside our deck really shined through. 🌟

I decided to incorporate a circle because it represents all of our energy coming together as one.

Our deck was designed in two parts, The Major Arcana and Minor Arcana.

The outer circle represents the Major and the inner circle represents the Minor.

For those of you that don't know, the Major Arcana Cards represent life lessons, influences and big themes. The Minor arcana cards represent everyday life, like money, career, and relationships.

As our art work is eclectic, colorful and diverse, I wanted there to be an absence of color incorporated into the design to create balance.

Every detail of this project has been to showcase creativity and highlight our PNW community.

I am so proud of the artists and work that went into creating this deck. 👏

As we get closer and closer to reaching our kickstarter goal, this project becomes more and more REAL.

There are a few aspects of this project that I wanted to let the public have the final decision on!

The first thing I needed input on is PACKAGING!

Now, we all know and love the classic Tarot tuck box! BUT - I wanted to give my backers the option of a classic ( and in my opinion boring) box OR a custom velvet tarot bag!! I'm a sucker for a good tarot bag myself, but this isn't up to me!!

I want Y'ALL to let me know how you would like to see our deck packaged!

Results of our website and instagram poll will be counted and posted next Sunday!!

We are almost 2/3 of the way to our kickstarter goal AND we still have a little over a month to go !! 👏 👏 👏

I'm so blessed and grateful that so far 47 people have come together to back our project- bringing us THAT much closer to getting our deck into the printo production phase!

Now you mature be wondering, what will the kick starter pay for?

🌟 Funds raised will be used to print our first round of tarot decks!

⚠️ And extra funds raised will go towards the quality of our deck to ensure all of our followers and backers are satisfied!!

The four cards represent stability, confidence, and consistency.

Just like the four seasons on earth, Gina's cards represent a balance of light and growth versus shadow and attachment.

Gina is also featured as a model for one of our Major Arcana cards! Can you guess which one????

I am so excited to be posting more and more sneak peeks of our final cards! This deck is truly beautiful and filled with people who have positive and creative energy.
