Pole challenges me in so many amazing ways and reminds me to be thankful for this body. Society says we should retract and be ashamed of our bodies, especially as we age. I say F*CK that… I’m putting my 57 year old body on a pole today because strength and expression are for every body. Go do something that brings you joy today. ❤️
