We are pleased to invite you to the opening of Creative Currents, a juried exhibition organized in collaboration with SeaFeast, the local festival that honors the waters that shape our community as it celebrates its 10th anniversary.
The exhibition features regional artists working across a multitude of mediums, each piece reflects the Salish Sea, the working waterfront, and the quiet forces of tide and current that define life here. Beyond the gallery, visitors can contribute to the Community Net Project with recycled cork buoys, join in on a community mural, and participate in artist-led workshops.

Victoria Cassar, Kevin Coleman, Ivan Colin, Tom Crestodina, Jim Dixon, Diego Fidelis, Cyalsta Finkbonner, Jenna Goodman, Jason LaClair, Patricia Missler, Suzanne Morlock, Brandon Nelson, Paul Niemi, Stephanie O’Connor, Graham Schodda, Rachel Simpson, Isabella Tiger Moth, Andrew Tsowmet, Thomas Vrba, Tatiana Stone Wagner, Ryan “Henry” Ward, Evan Whitehead.
The opening reception will take place on Saturday, August 22, from 2 to 5 PM. This event is open to the public and everyone is invited. The artists will be present and light refreshments will be served.
