Trying out new material that I am hoping finally will be what we use as we have gone through different replacements for what I used to use with no success. This is holding the powder well, seems to have a good cast, just waiting on post cure.

I just want to get these done and have reliable supplies for our casting material.

Still alive! Been swamped trying to get stuff for my job done, but will resume casting and finishing props as soon as I’m done! Thank you all for your patience, went from 0-60 on my main job and almost caught up.

New material for casting blasters. A little more flexible, just as durable but much cleaner casts, meaning shorter turnaround. My old stuff always had air bubbles to work through as it was really thick material, but this stuff is nice.

*TOPPER UPDATE: Toppers are now made with clear tinted rubber for extra durability and grip.

Usable Hammond cane from Jurassic Park. $225 *limiting to 10 orders in this run* I’m located in LA country for local pickup, add $15 for US shipping.

Sculpted from reference shots from access to the original prop, this has the oval shaped spine body and the topper with the semi-flat side as shown in the movie. Body is cast from the same rubber as the blasters, but with a steel rod through the entire body. Topper is tinted clear rubber with a real mosquito hawk embedded. This makes for an incredibly durable cane that won’t give you a heart attack if you accidentally drop it.

Position and size of mosquito hawk varies from cane to cane.

I’ve been using the same one for over a year for medical needs and has never bent or had issues with stability using it.

Light enough not to wear down the holster or for holding all troop, but just enough weight to subconsciously treat it like a real weapon and not just wave it around. Will last you the life of your trooping!

After a week of cold and a weekend of storms, it seems weather here in SoCal has finally normalized. I’m finishing up DLT-19 orders, and about done with the scout blaster remaster.

So who wants one? First two photos are before the remaster, and the third one shows a more accurate transistor I’m using.

Virtually unbreakable rubber with a metal hand guard and scope mount. A neodymium magnet will be cast in the blaster where the transistor is and a matching magnet will be included so you can glue it in your holster so the blaster stays while moving around. Will last you the lifetime of your trooping with no fear of breaking. $125. If shipped then medium flat rate added.

I’m finishing the remaster this week and will begin molding most likely this weekend. Trying to get 10 people in the first run so I can get more materials.

It’s a good day for casting. Far too many rainy and cold days down here in SoCal making casting difficult or impossible....
