In the fall, the Northwest Sound and Northwest Mix choruses host FREE singing lessons as a service to the Eastside. In this six-week workshop, our vocal coaches will teach you proper techniques for four-part harmony singing.

You will get group lessons covering healthy singing, proper tuning, finding your vocal range, singing in close harmony, proper vowel usage, and finding the message of a song.

Lessons begin on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 and continue for five more Tuesdays. This year you will be singing with Northwest Mix during our rehearsals and you'll have a chance to sing on stage at our holiday show on December 12 at a location "to be decided".

Rehearsals run from 7:00 - 8:45 PM, but please arrive at 6:40 the first day to register. We meet at the Temple B'nai Torah at 15727 NE 4th St in Bellevue. Enter in the front at the left-most door and ring the bell if no one is there to greet you.

People of all genders, ages, and skill levels are welcome. Even if you've never sung in a group before! Minors are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
