As of January 14, 2026, J&J Gaming acquired Midwest Amusements LLC, a multi-state operator with 420+ gaming devices across 101 locations in Nebraska, Iowa, and Wyoming. Founded in 2019 by Matthew Philippsen and Maya Shannon, Midwest Amusements has built a trusted reputation in the convenience store and truck stop market.
This acquisition represents another key step in J&J Gaming's growth strategy as we strengthen our presence across Nebraska and the Midwest. With this addition, J&J Gaming now supports 32,200+ gaming devices in 4,200 locations across seven jurisdictions.
