Dear families, If your family is walking through childhood cancer, we want you to know this first: We see you. We feel you. We are holding you close in our hearts and in our prayers.
We know how heavy this journey can be. The hospital visits, appointments, waiting, uncertainty, fear, and exhaustion. Over time, cancer can begin to take over every part of life.
And sometimes, you just need a little space away from it all. A space to breathe, laugh, and simply be yourself. A space where your child can feel like a child again. A space where you do not have to plan, explain, or carry everything for a few hours.
That is why we created Kyra’s Day of Light: An Era of Courage.
On May 31st, we are bringing together warriors, survivors, and legacy families for an afternoon filled with warmth, creativity, community, and small moments of joy.
This day is created with so much love in honor of Kyra, the guiding light behind Kyra’s Hope Foundation, and for every child whose courage continues to light the way for others.
If your family has been touched by childhood cancer, we would be deeply honored to have you join us. Please come as you are. No expectations. No pressure. Just a gentle space to feel held, seen, and surrounded by community. 💛 🧸 🎗️
