Creative wellness session .art.laboratory.

Here are two moods, two very different stories that belong to the same person, done on the same day. The first painting was created before practicing relaxation techniques, and the second artwork was painted a few hours later after practicing the combination of PMR and box breathing.

Wherever you are right now, please, do yourself a favor. Stop for a few moments. Put away your phone, go somewhere quiet, and just take a few deep breaths in and out. Reset.

We will have clothed models throughout the weekend, capture the day around us or draw each other! Sketch benches,boards and supplies for anyone that wants to join in will be provided or bring your own if you're already in the urban sketching game!
