Still around, just doing other projects :)

After The Art Factory closed, I lost my built-in monthly public space. I don’t really advertise and depend on word of mouth for folks to find me, and to be honest my day job keeps me busy enough I don’t really push the studio anymore. I’m always here if you want to host a pottery painting party - I have a garage full of inventory I’m slowly working through (and you know I’ll always order you something specific if you want it). I also have a basement studio full of glass for stained glass, fusing, mosaics, etc. I’ve hesitated to have complete strangers in my basement but I’m open to friends of friends, if you’ve crafted with me before. The workspace is big enough for around 4 people. Reach out if you’re interested.

A huge thank you to for hosting me yesterday during their end of the year team holiday party! 43 staff members painted pottery, enjoyed a catered lunch, and were able to gather and reflect on the year together. Thanks for getting crafty with me!

I always appreciate being invited into your small group outings. They are more intimate and I’m able to provide more one-on-one guidance. Thank you to both hosts this week for thinking to include me in your gatherings. Making creative memories with you is always fun to witness and be a part of. ❤️

While Little Gnome is not exclusively about gnomes, it is incredibly satisfying when the party is gnome themed and you get to watch 18 gnomes come to life in one firing. Thanks to Casey and Rob for hosting the gnomestravaganza.

You asked, I'm delivering... a listing of all of my inventory!

I've updated my website and simplified my offerings for the time being. In addition to the inventory currently listed (as of Wednesday the 5th) I have 65 more pieces to add for you to browse. Whew! I'll get there, I promise. Give me a few more days.

With the loss of our beloved Art Factory Creative Arts Studio, I will miss seeing all of you at our monthly Open Studios. It's been a great 2 years getting to know you all, and I hope you'll consider keeping the fun going by hosting your own pottery events around Southeast Michigan. Email me with any questions.

Get warm and crafty at The Art Factory over the next few winter months with their all ages activities and workshops. Visiting local businesses keeps our downtown vibrant and alive - no one wants to see a dead Belleville main street. Please spread the word about this awesome small, family-run business and everything they offer.

Little Gnome will return in March for 3rd Saturday Pottery Painting at The Art Factory, keep a look out for additional workshop dates to be announced as well!

Please help!!! The Art Factory is struggling to stay open. When we open this places a couple years ago, its purpose was to offer a space where people can let loose and really explore their creative side. We are a small family ran business with big dreams. In order to open up we had to scrap together all of our money (which wasn’t much) and barely had enough to get started. It’s been some rocky years. With some highs but just to many lows and we are struggling to keep the doors open right now. We don’t come from rich backgrounds. We don’t have rich family to help us. It’s just us holding it up. Please make your way to The Art Factory. We have all kinds of walk-in activities and a variety of different classes to sign up for. Please help spread the word and bring all your friends and family to The Art Factory creative arts studio.

A custom dish set and glass tiles make this beach cottage personal and so special. Helping my mom create this full set was so rewarding, and seeing it displayed in its new home above the glass tiles she made to spec really tie everything together.

Another incredible kiln unload this past week. You are all so creative, I just love seeing what you come up with!! I’m officially on hiatus until February, the next couple weeks will be spent doing business admin, workshop planning, and supply organizing. Thank you for your support this year! See you in 2025!

Another awesome kiln of cuties going in after a private at-home party! I absolutely love going in to your home and meeting your families! There’s something special about watching the family bond happen, and the razzing each other while you paint doesn’t hurt ;)
