👋 Meet the team: Kaylor Powell here at Events at Bellbrook!

Every great event runs on the people behind the scenes, and Kaylor is one of those people who makes the whole thing feel effortless. She brings energy, warmth, and a genuine love for helping people celebrate the moments that matter most.

A few random things about Kaylor:
🎢 She’s an adrenaline ju**ie through and through — skydiving, roller coasters, parasailing, you name it. If it’s a thrill, she’s in.
🦴 She’s also wonderfully clumsy; she’s broken her ankle four times (yes, four).
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 She’s the second of five kids, so she knows a thing or two about a full, lively room.
🧋 And for the record, she’s an iced caramel latte kind of girl.

At the end of the day, Kaylor’s here to help make your event something you’ll remember for all the right reasons. Come say hi we’d love for you to meet her!

👋 Meet the team: Luke — Owner & Venue Director at Events at Bellbrook!

Luke didn’t take the straight path to owning an event venue. His background is all over the map — auctions, equipment sales, automotive, insurance — but every stop along the way taught him the same thing: it all comes down to people. So when the chance came to build something of his own here in Bellbrook, a place where people gather to celebrate the biggest moments of their lives, he jumped.

Hands down, his favorite part of the job is meeting new people. Every booking is a new face, a new story, a new celebration — and he never gets tired of it. Whether it’s a wedding, a shower, a birthday, or a company dinner, he takes it personally. What Luke cares about most is doing right by the people who trust him with their event. Honesty and integrity aren’t just buzzwords to him — they’re the whole reason he does this the way he does. What he tells you is what you get, every time.

A few random things about Luke:
🐝 He used to keep bees (a whole backyard hive situation — long story)
🎨 He’s an artist at heart — drawing and artwork have always been his creative outlet
🥤 His guilty pleasure is a Firehouse Subs cherry limeade

And for the record, Luke’s not a coffee guy; he’s a hot dirty spiced chai latte guy. It’s a personality trait.

When he’s not at the venue, you’ll usually find him elbow-deep working on his truck or camped out in the Cane’s drive-thru (the staff knows him by now).

At the end of the day, this venue is his heart and his handshake. He’d love to meet you, show you around, and help make your event something you’ll remember for all the right reasons. Come say hi — his door’s always open. 🤎

What a day at Local Vendors Day! ☕️🌿

The clouds couldn’t keep us away — our lot was full of handmade goods, local makers, and good company. Huge thanks to Carr’s Coffee & Co. and every vendor who set up shop with us, and to everyone who came out to shop small and support local.

This is exactly what we built Events at Bellbrook for: a place to gather, celebrate, and connect. 🤎
