Rick and I are ready for a beautiful festival weekend here in Steinhatchee, FL at the Fiddlers Crab Festival. Our booth is A3, same as it’s been the last couple years so we are easy to find. Our delicious dinner last night, Rick bought cream cheese stuffed bacon wrapped pork loins at Carrolls Sausage & Country Store in Ashburn, GA. We then rolled them in our Kickin Cowboy Rub and Rick grilled them, WOW!! Our brown sugar rub with its seasonings created a beautiful crust on the bacon, an incredibly tasty Sunday night dinner.
