I wish people could understand what a panic attack is. I wish they could listen to people who deal with them and understand the lack of control the person has... I wish I wasn't one who suffers with them. It's so hard when you are called childish or told to act like an adult during such a mentally fragile time... unfortunately, I've learned the hard way, most folks just don't listen....
