Beginning Mosaic Workshop with Kerry Tharp
Saturday, February 21: 9:30 am-4pm AND Sunday, February 22: 10 am-3:30 pm
Learn how to create flow and movement in this waterscape mosaic. You will be guided in design, proper use of mosaic tools, glass cutting techniques and mistake-free grouting. Demonstrations and individual attention assure a successful experience!
Invite a friend or forge new friendships with like-minded others in a fun, supportive atmosphere at Mosaics by Kerry Art Studio, Belgium, WI. A gourmet lunch will be provided on Saturday. What grounds you? What frees you? Strong roots enable us to stand strong, in our sense of self and in belonging. Wings give us freedom to expand. Create a mosaic representing your personal balance of freedom and belonging. Experience the ancient art of mosaics; you will be guided in mosaic design, proper use of tools, glass cutting techniques and mistake-free grouting. Instructor demonstrations and individual attention assure a successful experience! It is recommended that beginners use the reference image provided; experienced mosaicists may bring their own references to work from.
