Cisne De Nuevo México is a dance group for Children 6 +, Youth, and Adults interested on learning more about Mexican culture, regional dances, to crafts like paper maché, and papel picado. The Vision of Cisne de Nuevo Mexico is to create a space where children enjoy and develop a passion for the arts while nourishing their self-esteem and pride with their heritage and culture.

This has been a very difficult decision to make, but it is official, Cisne de Nuevo Mexico has come to an end. I would like to thank everyone who has been part of the group throughout the years for all the practices, performances, fundraisers, and support. For anyone who would like to continue to dance, Ballet Folklorico de Aztlan is an amazing community group offering free folklorico classes in Los Lunas. It was truly a pleasure to be your dance instructor and to be part of all the amazing local events where we shared our passion for dance and culture together!

Don't forget, our Día Del Niño event is coming up TOMORROW! Starting at 11:00 am on Saturday, April 25, stop by and celebrate the youth in our community during this free event for families of all ages and sizes! Visitors can enjoy music, performances, a petting zoo, arts and crafts, and a youth art market featuring local vendors.
