We were recently contacted by someone who sent a deposit to a person claiming to work at Mama Tried Tattoo. That person does NOT work here.
Please be extremely cautious when sending deposits or booking appointments online. We will NEVER randomly message you asking if you would like to book an appointment.
We will never reach out first offering appointment openings or asking for a deposit through a personal account.
Always make sure you are communicating with our official shop page or one of our artists before sending any money!
If someone contacts you claiming to be from our shop, please verify with us directly before sending a deposit.
We do not want anyone losing their hard earned money to scammers pretending to be our artists or our shop.
If you have been contacted by a fake account, or if you have already been scammed by someone claiming to be affiliated with Mama Tried Tattoo, please send us a message immediately. Screenshots, usernames, and any information you have can help us report these accounts and hopefully prevent it from happening to someone else.
