✅Attention Vendors✅

We are so excited to have you join us! The grass is dry, so you may pull your vehicles onto the grass to unload and set up your booths. Once you’re finished setting up, please move your vehicles to the Methodist Church parking lot located off Church Street.

You may arrive as early as 10:00 a.m. if you’d like. We understand that some booths require more time to set up than others. Upon arrival, please check in with a member of the festival committee so we can direct you to your designated spot. Some vendors have requested to be placed near others, and we’ll do our best to accommodate all placement requests.

We’re So Thankful for Our Community Outreach Sponsors!

Our festival simply wouldn’t be the same without the dedication and support of our incredible community outreach programs. Each year, they help make this event a true celebration of community spirit — and we’re so grateful for everything they do!

A huge thank you to Caddo Parks and Recreation for their generous contributions. They provided this year’s bounce house, bleachers, port-a-potties, and handwashing stations — just a small example of their ongoing commitment to supporting community events and outreach throughout the year. Be sure to visit their website to learn more about the great work they do for our parish!

We also want to recognize Walter B. Jacobs Memorial Nature Park, a division of Caddo Parks and Recreation. Their mission is to connect citizens with nature through the preservation of a beautiful pine-oak-hickory forest dedicated to recreation and education. We love having them join us each year! This time, they’re bringing a special guest — an American Kestrel. Stop by their booth to meet this fascinating bird and learn more about their incredible educational programs.

Next, a big shoutout to the Shreve Memorial Library! They work tirelessly to promote lifelong learning for both children and adults across Caddo Parish. We’re so thankful for their continued involvement and community outreach. Don’t forget to stop by their table — they’ll have fun goodies and information to share!

And finally, we can’t thank our Caddo Parish Fire Department enough. They’re always there when our community needs them, and this year they’ll be on-site handing out water to festival-goers. We’re deeply grateful for their service and support.
