Selling a manufactured home in a mobile home park involves a different process. In this sale, the land wasn’t included—the home has a title, similar to a vehicle, that transfers to the new owners. Buyers also need park approval and a ground lease for the lot.

It took teamwork, patience, and a few extra hoops to bring this one across the finish line. Thank you to everyone involved for sticking with it!
