Nancy Cogan's School of Dance We are committed to providing students with a well-rounded dance education with an emphasis on class Another integral member of our staff is Kianna Claar.

Nancy Cogan's School of Dance was founded by Nancy Cogan 26 years ago. Nancy has been studying the art of dance since the age of three, having danced with the Altoona Ballet Company and the Cecchetti Council of America. Nancy has a broad span of training from all over the country including New York, Detroit, and Pittsburgh. She praises God for the ability and opportunity to minister through dance

and prays God will continue to use her studio for His glory. Nancy teaches the Cecchetti method of ballet and is certified to the final professional level grade 7. Cecchetti is an educational corporation, dedicated to the perfection of technique, taught by Enrico Cecchetti. Rachel Oaks is also part of the staff, teaching our beginner and intermediate classes. Rachel has studied dance since the age of three, most recently at the Allegheny Ballet Company. She has also performed with the Penn State Altoona Dance Team and Missoula Children's Theatre. She has been dancing with Nancy since the age of three and assists Miss Rachel with our beginner classes.
