Calling all movers! David Dorfman Dance and Jacob's Pillow are seeking those who love to move 🕺

From October 3-5 in Pittsfield, MA, will host movement workshops and discussions for "The Front Line," a special project examining American democracy through the voting process lens. Set in a middle school gymnasium turned polling site for an imagined Election Day 2040, the movement, song and words of the poll workers—aka the front line—interact with those of community cast members, embodying the important role of voters and campaigners.

Participants in the workshops may potentially be invited to join the community cast for the production when it is presented at Jacob’s Pillow in 2027.
