…Was started in 1997 on a whim when the Wonder Twinz, Valerie & Dustin Scott, decided to have a haunted house for the kids in the neighborhood near Redhill Park. Our first year the theme was Monster Lab and our other themes have included Aliens, Clowns, Scary Tales, Creepy Crawly Bugs, Insane Asylum for Children, Monster’s Ball and a Cannibal Diner. Every November 1st, we s
tart thinking about the next theme right after we’re done. Since then, the Odd Family has had a haunted house almost every year, except when circumstances were beyond their control. The Haunted House usually takes one month to build and costs sometimes over $1,000. We cater to each group who visits us, with scares ranging from super scary for those that want it and not scary for that don’t. GREAT NEWS, within the next year we are hoping to launch Odd Family Productions as a full scale production company, providing family entertainment all year long with theatrical productions, events and videos.
