Last Friday, we said goodbye to our seniors. Throughout their four years, they have made a resounding impact on the community and the program. They will be missed, but we believe that they will all go on to do amazing things. And remember, the BHS marching band and color guard will always have a home for you to return to 🖤🧡

Last Friday, our 8th graders joined us for Mini Camp! The evening started off with a meeting to reveal our 2026 show, “Not Quite Rite.” 🦫

We introduced marching basics to our incoming new members, followed by a pizza dinner. 🍕 Students performed our fight song, followed by the pep tune “Bad Guy” by Billie Eilish!

Reminder that marching band commitment forms are due May 4th at 11:59pm. 🧡🖤

Congratulations to our Indoor Percussion Ensemble and Winterguard on an incredible season! We are so proud of all the hard work they've put into their shows this year 💕

We are especially proud of our IPE this year, as they made their way through WGI World Championship prelims, semifinals, and finals, placing 7th overall IN THE WORLD for their class! 👏

Mini Camp is here! This Friday, April 24th, we welcome band students currently in grades 8-11 to join us and kick off the official 2026 Marching Band season! 🎶 

Starting at 3:15 pm, students will meet in the band room for a general meeting and SHOW REVEAL! After, they will experience what it's like to be a member of our Marching Band and Color Guard with some marching basics and a music or guard rehearsal! At 6:30 pm, there will be a parent meeting in the auditorium to discuss information about the upcoming season. At 8:00 pm, there will be a performance (location TBD) for family and friends to show off what we have worked on!

Make sure to wear cool, comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. Bring plenty of water and know that we could be inside or outside depending on the weather!

We can't wait to see you there! 🧡🖤

Congrats to our new leadership team for the 2026-2027 Marching Band season! 🎶

After applications, interviews, and auditions, these students were chosen to lead our band to greatness! Each possesses great abilities that prove they will be incredible future leaders ✨️

Thank you to all of our applicants this year! It was a tough decision for our directors.
