$665 - Chicago trip for one student
$500 - Season band fees

Your support is needed! In an effort to ensure every kid can share in the experiences of the program the Beavercreek High School Bands started a Benevolence fund- please consider making a donation today! https://www.beavercreekband.org/help/fundraising/annual-giving-campaign

These past few years, we have worked to create a “benevolent” fund ~ helping families with fees associated with membership in band activities. We never want cost to be a factor in whether or not a student participates in band or color guard, and the benevolence fund helps those families that might not be able to participate without it🎶

We are now seeking donations to that fund to help the next generation of band students and hope you would be willing to donate!

Welcome to Beavercreek!

The Beavercreek Band Program is excited to announce that Heather Marsh-Myers will be joining our band staff as the assistant band director at Beavercreek High School for the 2022-2023 school year. ​Mrs. Marsh-Myers​ will be assisting with the marching band, working with the concert bands, teaching music theory, and working with various other extra-curricular ensembles.

Heather Marsh-Myers currently serves as the Director of Bands at Arcanum-Butler Local School District. Under her direction, the Arcanum Bands have received multiple state superior ratings in both marching and concert band, and in 2022 they were selected to perform for the OMEA Professional Development Conference. ​Mrs. Marsh-Myers​ ​is past president and secretary of OMEA District 11, serves as the OMEA Band Affairs chair, and in 2019 was selected to the Ohio Department of Education Music Standard revision committee to help pen the new standards for music education in Ohio. In 2018, Mrs. Marsh-Myers was honored to be named a quarter-finalist for the Grammy Foundation Music Educator Award, and in 2021, she was named Arcanum-Butler school district Teacher of the Year.

We are looking forward to ​Mrs. Marsh-Myers​ ​joining our band family here in Beavercreek!
