So later today I will be posting up Voltage. He is my super speed character. His name is Luke Harris and he's a survivor of the 1994 Rwandan genocide. This story is about one of my old teachers from high school that survived the Genocide, he gave me permission to use his name and I'll let you figure out on who it is. This story ties into the Universe along with Nathan Jones, Titewave, Valentine, and others. I hope you all enjoy Voltage later today.
