Ever wondered how to make pottery on the wheel or have a loved one who has expressed interest in learning this ancient tradition and Art?! Look no further! J Alexander Pottery Co offers Clay classes for kids, adults and to anyone who has an interest in Clay ! We have a beginner’s class that’s (6 sessions) and covers everything from how the clay is made to centering the clay on the wheel and shaping into a beautiful creation, or we have a individual class for just the fun experience of working on the wheel in which you can create a one of a kind keepsake. The beginners class that is six sessions is $225 for the package of six classes, including all clay and materials as well as the ability to come in and practice on Fridays for open studio time or the individual experience class is $100 per person and you are able to design and color /glaze the piece however you would like!
