Every year, the SCBFC Conference brings together farmers, growers, landowners, entrepreneurs, youth, families, and friends from across South Carolina. We come to learn, but we also come to laugh, reconnect, meet new people, and celebrate what we're building together.

If we can’t MOVE, there can be no MOVEMENT!!

For generations, our communities have carried the weight of systemic racism, displacement, economic inequity, and chronic stress—often with limited access to safe, culturally affirming spaces for healing. While the wellness industry has grown into a multi-billion-dollar market, many communities of color remain underrepresented, underserved, and priced out of the very practices that can support restoration.

This Black August, we reclaim healing as an act of resistance.

Join us each Saturday in August as we gather on the sacred granite of Arabia Mountain to honor the freedom fighters who were born in August, fought in August, and gave their lives in August in pursuit of liberation, justice, and dignity for our people.

Through intentional movement, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and collective reflection, we remember that caring for our minds, bodies, and spirits is not separate from the struggle—it is what sustains it.

✨ Each class includes a unique combination of:

“There is no such thing as collective white victimization by blacks in America. There is no such thing as reverse racism in a society where the colonizer controls everything and has the upper hand in everything. Druski made fun of Erica Kirk, and whites were offended. Jake Paul intends to make fun of black people in general, which is a completely different situation. After being offended by Druski whites go back to a life of privilege that they exercise upon the backs of Blacks. If any Blacks are offended by Jake, we will return to a life of oppression under domination by the white privilege that Jake Paul enjoys. You cannot begin to compare the two realities. White people, as a group, can never be victimized by Blacks.” Ifatunde
