Alright y’all… friendly reminder that tattoo appointments are not like Netflix subscriptions — you can’t just forget they exist until months later 😅
When you book a tattoo appointment, we:
✨ block out our schedule
✨ prep your design ahead of time
✨ set up supplies and stations
✨ dedicate hours (sometimes full days) to your appointment
✨ and often turn away other clients to hold that spot for you
So when someone no-shows with zero message, it doesn’t just leave us sitting here confused like:
“Maybe they got abducted?” 👽
It directly affects our income, our schedule, and the time we dedicate to our clients and business. Small businesses and artists rely on those appointments showing up — this is literally how we pay bills, support our families, and keep the shop running 🖤
We totally understand emergencies happen. Life is chaotic. Kids get sick. Cars break down. But a quick message goes a LONG way. Even a simple:
“Hey I can’t make it”
is way better than disappearing like a federally wanted fugitive 😂
At this point, if you ghost your tattoo appointment, we’re assuming:
• you joined witness protection
• your phone fell into the ocean
• or you got drafted into battle unexpectedly ⚔️
Going forward:
• Deposits will remain non-refundable for no-shows or last-minute cancellations (48 hours before appointments)
• Repeat no-shows may be required to prepay appointments or may not be rescheduled
• Please communicate if something comes up — we’re human too and will always try to work with respectful clients.
Please respect your artist’s time the same way you’d want yours respected.
