Taking time to set goals helps our dancers stay focused, motivated, and intentional about their growth throughout the year. We can’t wait to watch each of these girls work toward their goals and see how much they accomplish! 🌟

As we step into a new season at Baytown Dance Academy, we’re proud to introduce the talented instructors behind the standard, discipline, and excellence we expect from our dancers.

Brittney has been part of our journey since we first opened our doors in November 2024, and we are proud to have her continue growing with us at BDA. 🖤💛

A Baytown native and University of Houston graduate, Brittney brings 18+ years of dance and movement experience with an extensive background in dance, competitive cheer, gymnastics, drill team, collegiate performance, and leadership.

Her experience includes:
✨ Former University of Houston Cougar Doll
✨ Former GCM Dazzlers Captain & District All-State Dancer
✨ Competitive cheer & gymnastics experience
✨ Extensive training in technique, flexibility, conditioning & choreography
✨ Proven leadership and performance experience

At BDA, Brittney brings an elite, results-driven approach to training. Her dancers are expected to work with purpose, accept corrections, remain accountable, and consistently push beyond their comfort zones.

Her goal is to develop dancers who are technically strong, disciplined, versatile, confident, and performance-ready.
