Glad to see the Baytown Sculpture Trail branching out. The City of Humble leased Noble Elegance, by Esther Benedict, for 2 years! Her sculptures are always very popular and we are proud to be able to share with other communities & also benefit the artists. Enjoy Humble!

Another couple who knows the value of public art in a community,and has sponsored the Baytown Sculpture since its inception, is David and Billie Brinkley. Almost everyone knows them and how they support the arts! We are proud to have them sponsor a new artist, Caroline Walker, from Austin and her sculpture titled “ Knopsic Dwelling”, inviting viewers to consider the emotional landscapes of shelter, displacement, community, isolation and the traces people leave behind. It is located across from the Brunson and you can find the People’s Choice ballot & guide brochures close by in front of the Utility building. We welcome Gedion Nyanhongo back to Baytown this year with 2 hand carved Spring stone sculptures. He brought these raw stones from his home country of Zimbabwe, where his family are well-known carvers and known as “the gifted ones”.
He stopped by for this delivery and was on his way to 2 other states and shows! Steve & Karen Knight are his proud sponsors of “Rhythm # 1”. The ACE Council is sponsoring “Lovers”
