Before we put the entire front walkover together, we break it down:

✨ Lunge
✨ Handstand split
✨ Control back to lunge

This drill teaches our athletes to find the correct shapes, control their weight transfer, and build the strength and balance they need before adding the next piece.

We don’t just practice the skill—we teach the pieces that make it work. 💜
