Now that the sun has set on our patio and Third Street is back open, we wanted to take a minute to say a special thank you to all of our wonderful neighbors. With the fall fast approaching and the holiday season coming, we encourage all of our patrons to check out all of our neighbors’ businesses.

On the south side of the street, just a couple doors down you have the newest addition to the block, Holly's House. Lots of great items for around the house or gift ideas. Definitely worth checking out!

Crossing over to the north side of the street, is G.T. Homestead, a longtime staple in downtown Bay City, featuring home goods, gifts, stationery, cards, and a full floral department.

Right next door you will find our friends at , the oldest deli in Bay City and home to the best sandwiches in downtown Bay City.

Right next door is , specializing in photo printing, art reproduction, and custom framing.

Finally, directly across the street from Jake’s, you’ll find , a thrift store offering items ranging from stylish clothing and home decor to one-of-a-kind pieces.

We are really happy to be a part of this neighborhood, nestled beneath the Third Street Star Bridge. Between the great shops, restaurants, and live entertainment, Third Street has a lot to offer and we are very happy to be a part of this neighborhood.
