EXTREME MILITARY CHALLENGE!, (XMCCamp.com) a military-style summer camp for young men and women age 13-18, located at the 76-acre Camp Liberty in Battleground, Alabama (Camp-Liberty.com) is hiring for our 2025 Training Mission.
PRIORITY HIRES: (Positions are 2-8 weeks, June 1 – August 3, 2025)
> BASIC TRAINING INSTRUCTORS: We are a joint-service training environment, providing Cadets will an exposure to ALL branches of the Armed Forces. We have a specific need for male and female NCOs who have trained recruits with active duty experience from ALL branches. Up to eight positions.
> MEDICS / RN / LPN: Paramedics / EMTs or Nurse, preferably with military experience as a Medic or Corpsman. Civilian credentials are required. Up to six positions.
> DINING FACILITY PERSONNEL: Food Service professionals, preferably with military experience in the operation of a military Dining Facility. ServSafe credentials are required upon start. Up to four positions.
> SUPPORT PERSONNEL: Support personnel, with military or Cadet program experience, are needed to assist with administration, supply, transportation, operations and training. Up to ten positions.
Applicants can be Honorably Discharged veterans and retirees, reservists/Guardsmen or active duty on leave. Professionals with extensive experience in Cadet programs, as well as civilians with an understanding and respect for the military environment, especially military family members, are also encouraged to apply.
Applicants with strong field skills, as well as current civilian certification as Bus Drivers, Lifeguards, CPR/First Aid Instructors or NRA Marksmanship Instructors, will be given priority consideration.
Last year we had 331 young men and women from 46 states and 13 countries attend our programs. Historically, 67% of our Cadets who return for advanced programs later serve in uniform.
Our courses include Cadet Basic Training (2 weeks); Cadet Field Leader Course (2 weeks); Cadet Engineer Course (3 weeks); Cadet Medic School (3 weeks); Cadet Ranger School Phase I (2 weeks) and Phase II (2 weeks); Cadet MP Academy (2 weeks); and Cadet Fitness Challenge (1 week).
