Just finished work on a portrait commission, which I've been greenlit by the client to share. This is Matthew Rider from the book 'The Fugitive's Sword', which was recently released.

The recent release of The Fugitive's Sword by one of my favorite authors has inspired a new painting. There was a particular scene in the book I really loved and just had to paint.

I started a painting inspired by the works of Philip Wouverman last April that I have finally been able to finish. It has been a great deal of work, but I'm pleased with the finished product.

(Note: Due to the size of this piece, I've had to compress the file to upload it, so the quality has taken a hit, but hopefully not too badly).
