8/11 IMPORTANT - As we are setting up the Tabletop Events page, we need to know what vendors and also what attendees will be coming to the October date. This is so we can make sure you are entered into the system so attendees can set up their games, vendors can get listed etc.

So today August 11, we have made two important announcements and need people to email us if they plan to attend the October date.

We also are in process of confirming with special guests also.

Okay updates are starting as of today, and will be done at least 3 or 4 times a week.

Today July 25, 2026
Convention is on, October 9-11 all is set. We are tomorrow meeting with someone on video who will be walking us through the tabletop events set up. So gamers will be able to post their games etc.

Also,we plan to have the following guests.

Erik Tenkar from Tenkars Tavern.
Joe Bloch, the Greyhawk Grognard.
Rob Connely from Bat in the Attic Games.
Tom Wham famous board game developer.

Also lots of vendors, and more. And starting tomorrow we will be listing all the vendors and showcasing what goodies they have. So stay tuned!!

WizardCon has been cancelled for this weekend. The date has been moved to Oct 9-11 2026

If you have a hotel reservation. You can move your reservation to the new date, or you can cancel. YOU MUST CALL BY MIDNIGHT WED.

WizardCon has a major announcement to get out to everyone. Due to an incident that is in NO WAY the fault of the hotel OR WizardCon, the convention for this weekend has been cancelled and moved to another date.

Emails are headed out to all remaining vendors who have not already been notified. We are having a Live Stream tonight at 8pm EST to answer questions, talk about the new date etc.

The hotel is not charging anyone who has rooms reserved, and tonight we will have the number at the hotel you can call to either cancel your room or move it to the new date.

We will have that information, also we will have information for ticket holders etc.

This is NOT our fault OR THE HOTELS..... Our live stream tonight will better explain etc. Links is below.

Game schedules will be emailed on Monday to all VIP badge holders for early sign ups, then posted Wednesday morning for everyone else. Also there will be sign ups at the convention.

We will also have special areas for Vendor unloading emailed to all vendors on Wednesday with a map etc.
