Completely Unconfused NOLA ‘26 was everything we prayed it would be.

Our first time in New Orleans. Our first multi-day conference. Three days with women choosing themselves, celebrating 16 honorees, cheering on brilliant founders at our pitch competition, and walking out with the will to do the job and the way to take their next step.

To every attendee, speaker, honoree, sponsor, and volunteer: thank you for showing up and making this unforgettable.

As the owner and founder of Move Your Body Yoga in Baton Rouge, Kim has built a wellness community centered around intentional movement and the belief that there is room for both strength and softness.

Move Your Body Yoga is the 2025 and 2026 Gold Winner for Best Yoga/Pilates in Baton Rouge, a recognition that reflects the community Kim and her team continue to build.

Kim is a lululemon Ambassador, yoga instructor, studio owner and wellness advocate whose work reaches beyond traditional yoga; bringing movement, breathwork, mobility, mindfulness and recovery into spaces where people can simply pause and reconnect.
