Blend Blend is an eclectic variety store and event space, all locally sourced. We feature art, pottery, jewelry, crystals, and more.

You can also grab a cup of hot coffee, lunch wraps, baked goods, and other fun local food items to go! Blend was established as an eclectic events and variety space in 2016 and had an incredible run on Historical Chestnut Street in Bath, PA until summer of 2022. Hey everyone! So while I may be adding a couple more events in April, I wanted to get out the monthly dinner menus ASAP because they’ve been so fun and sparked a lot of interest!

As many of you know, my main gig is catering, and I love these intimate, community based dinners to showcase some of my favorite dishes to cook, in my fun, locally sourced variety store!

All of these dinners are typically 3-4 courses, highlighting different dishes from around the world. Tickets include a complimentary coffee, glass of wine, and/or a featured craft cocktail. Seating is limited to 10-12 people and you can also BYOB.

All supplies are included in the cost- wooden box, seed vials, tags, a variety of vegetable, fruit, flowers, and herb seeds to choose from, and paint to customize your collection! Last night’s Korean inspired dinner was so much fun! I prepared Pajeon (scallion pancakes), bulgogi rice noodle bowls with allll the pickled veggies and fresh herbs, and ggultteok (Korean honey rice balls) for dessert! This is hands down one of my favorite meals to make-and eat!
