Let’s celebrate an IPMG Success Story!

We’d love to celebrate Jamey, a 21-year-old musician with Autism who’s got a talent that’s truly amazing. In just two years, he graduated from Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts, with a Bachelor of Arts in Piano Performance, all thanks to the guidance of Dr. John Paul McGee. His skills are so impressive that he even released his own album called “Sentimental Seasons,” which showcases his piano and violin playing.

Back in Indiana, Jamey is using his musical gifts to make a positive impact on people’s lives. He’s the music teacher at New Horizons, where he helps individuals with disabilities through music. He also leads the gospel choir, “Make A Joyful Noise,” and teaches piano and drums in Greensburg. When he’s not teaching, you can find Jamey performing as a guest musician at churches, bringing life to the pipe organs.

Jamey is also a big part of the bluegrass and folk scene in Metamora and supports the Southeast Indiana Youth Orchestra. He’s truly a remarkable musician.
