💜 THE PEOPLE BEHIND DEA 💜

We may teach the steps… but THIS crew is what makes Dance Elements Academy feel like home. 🥹

Teachers, assistants, interns, choreographers, encouragers, costume fixers, music cutters, shoe finders, hug givers, hype crews… and apparently TikTok creators 😂📸

At DEA, we’ve always wanted to be more than a place where kids come to learn dance. We want to be a place where they feel known, loved, encouraged and safe to be exactly who they are.

And that starts with the people standing beside them every week. 💜

We laugh A LOT. We probably get a little too loud. We occasionally lose our minds during recital season. 🤪 But we love these dancers fiercely, and we are so thankful for the family we’ve built at DEA.

Somehow the “nice group picture” portion of these photos went exactly as planned… But we had to do a silly pic just like us!
This is our DEA family. And we wouldn’t have it any other way. 💜
